Tina Caraballo represents contractors and subcontractors in construction contracting and the resolution of payment disputes, including bond and lien claims through mediation, litigation, and arbitration. She focuses on payment remedies and preserving lien claims for contractors and subcontractors in bankruptcy cases.

Ms. Caraballo is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Central Florida, Inc., The Florida Bar, the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., the National Association of Women in Construction and the American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Northern, Middle and Southern Divisions of the United States District Court of Florida.

She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in finance (B.S.B.A. 1995) and obtained her law degree from the University of Florida (J.D. 1998).
