Our firm represents clients in all aspects of state regulation, including licensing, disciplinary matters, administrative appeals, and litigation before the courts. We specialize in licensing matters relating to contractors and other professionals regulated by the State of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Regulation ("DBPR"). We are well versed in the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act, which deals with administrative hearings and adjudication, administrative investigations, administrative officers and agents, administrative rulemaking, licensing, and regulatory enforcement.

Litigation, Arbitration, & Appeals

Government Contracts
