Hayes & Caraballo has an extensive and broad range of appellate experience.

Rosemary Hayes is Board Certified in Appellate Law by The Florida Bar. She has been responsible for direct appeals to the District Court of Appeal under the Administrative Procedure Act, cases seeking review of local government action, petitions for certiorari (including second-tier certiorari) and other writs, interlocutory appeals and jurisdictional briefs to the appellate courts and the Florida Supreme Court. She has handled appeals to each of the Florida District Courts of Appeal, federal appeals in the First, Fourth and Eleventh Circuits, appeals from arbitration cases, and post-appeal proceedings for legal fees and costs.

Ms. Hayes is also available to act as co-counsel and/or assist in writing of briefs and motions directed to appellate tribunals.
