Rosemary Hanna Hayes has been assisting clients in construction matters for over 25-years. Ms. Hayes has represented business owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, sureties and acted as insurance defense counsel. During her years at Orlando’s oldest law firm, Maguire, Voorhis & Wells, PA, Ms. Hayes handled numerous licensing matters and has continued her work in this area.
Carly Newman is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A., cum laude, 2008), Stetson University College of Law (J.D., 2012), and the University of Florida Levin College of Law (LL.M. in Taxation, 2013). Ms. Newman advises and represents business and individual clients in federal district and state circuit courts. Ms. Newman has managed cases involving extensive e-discovery issues in complex litigation and has also defended clients in tax controversy matters. Ms. Newman is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Tax Court.
